The Idea or Spirit of the class is to bring the small engine linked truck out of retirement and give the aftermarket suspension companies a place to show off their products in a competitive high entry class. No mixing of rules across classes. Please follow the rules of your prospective class. Trophylite class is included in this class to give the trophylite racers at event with fewer than 3 entries a competitive alternative place to race.
Must meet all new safety requirements for organizations we are racing with.
This class is an open class, and all components will be considered open unless
mounts can be relocated but must remain hung off factory frame rails. Max Tire Size: 35”
Doors and Latches:
Doors must remain functional and in original stock location with original hinges and working latch. Secondary positive latching devices mandatory if nets are attached to doors.
Chassis & Body:
Factory Cab attached to factory frame rails. Factory frame rails must remain intact
from rear cab mounts to front suspension mounts. Frame rails can be cut, notched, sectioned, and reinforced. Suspension mounts can be relocated, do not have to be
hung off factory frame rails.
ENGINE & ENGINE DISPLACEMENT
Engine is limited to maximum of four-cylinders. Forced induction allowed.
4-cylinder Diesel engines are allowed – Must be clean-burning design only
